Absolutely Awful - Customer Service is non-responsive - Price Matching Not Accurate
I reached out to customer service via the chat to inquire about their price match competitors because I found a car seat on multiple other websites for cheaper. I have a gift card to buybuybaby and wanted to use it, however, the analyst has asked for link to the other vendors multiple times and continues to tell me that they are checking on the price match.
It has been 3 days now and still no response to my question. I am unable to call because I cannot find a phone number that actually works.

Customer service is abysmal
I tried to purchase a baby bed which was on sale. When I tried to check out with a $349 crib, the "free shipping on orders over $49" was $400.
On a $349 order of 1 item. I reviewed the shipping policy and got no answers. Emailed customer service. No reply for 3 days.
Finally got "Chloe" on the "live chat". She was extremely non-responsive to my question. I sat for about 10 minutes before I asked if she were still there. She responded "yes, we are".
Still nothing. I felt like she was simply waiting for me to sign off. She finally asked me to send her an image of everything in my cart. Her ultimate reply was that the item was heavier and they charged for that.
That does not align with the policy I read. She was ultimately unhelpful, and I found a better crib cheaper elsewhere.

First I tried to order a stroller with car seat for my great grandson being born. I tried to put my daughter's address in to have it mailed there and that didn't seem like it wanted to do that with my address being different.
But then I get a message saying it did go through and she still hasn't received anything. So thinking that one didn't go through I ordered it myself and it shows on my bank statement that PayPal was used and it was the only time I used PayPal was to pay for that.
And I still haven't got it neither has my daughter, I would like to know what's going on. This is the first time I've ordered from buy buy baby and might be the last.

Buy buy baby went out of business almost 2 years ago.... they went bank rupt. I think you got scammed

Purchased a crib for new baby and package arrived completely damaged!!! There is no physical number to contact and can only do a live chat with automated AI!!!
I have not been offered any replacement or refund and am now throwing over $730 away in the wind because the crib cannot be put together! This is complete fraud and robbery!!!
Several emails and BS chats and still no resolution!!! Shame on these people for allowing customers to make purchases then rip them off when product arrives damaged!!

Been cheated
I ordered off of this site that I picked up from Facebook and then I was sent an order number never received my merchandise for my beautiful little grandson that's supposed to be born soon I got in touch with bye-bye baby they said that my order number wasn't a valid number I feel so cheated I paid $51.99 and there is nothing they could do for me bad experience with you people

My daughter-in-law chose this company for her baby shower and items listed were not in stock. I then tried to order one in stock, but the website was not working.
I phoned customer service and it took 20 minutes for them to find her registry, then I was told they could help and to try another day.
I tried the next day but couldn't place an order. Other relatives had the same problem.

“She said the item was heavier. That does not align with what I read.” It is clearly stated on their shipping policy that there is added shipping for heavy or oversized items.
It even says the shipping charge will appear on the subtotal page. Do better next time.
