Buy Buy Baby - Terrible from go

Worst customer service ever. Lost our baby furniture after delaying our delivery date 3 times. Then did not have all pieces in stock to send replacement order. No help with delivery company and trying to locate furniture. Will never use them for anything ever again!

Buy Buy Baby - Late delivery

I bought a gift online on Wednesday and paid express shipping $36 to be delivered Friday for the event. Had to call the following Monday to get there Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. . One week late. No notices. No apologies. Will never order again. Miss babies r us! Real customer service.

Buy Buy Baby - Return with no receipt

It is unfair to get 20% deducted from the original price upon returning a perfectly shaped items purchased two weeks ago just because I had misplaced the receipt!In this day and age I cannot see how a big company cannot go back in their system to confirm whether I paid full price or use the coupon which is their excuse for deducting the 20%. Shame and what a waste of money.
